In the forest lived a little squirrel named Kaka. Kaka had a little secret: he was afraid of climbing trees. All the other little squirrels could zip up trees, but Kaka didn't dare.
Mom said gently, "Kaka, don't be afraid. Let's practice together!" Kaka whispered, "But Mom, I'm so scared of falling!"
On the first day, Kaka only climbed a little bit. His tiny claws gripped the bark tightly. "You can do it, Kaka!" a little bird cheered for him from a branch.
On the second day, Kaka climbed a little higher. He looked down and quickly closed his eyes. "Don't be scared, don't be scared!" Kaka encouraged himself.
The third day, the fourth day... Kaka practiced every day. Even though he was still scared, he didn't give up. Step by step, he slowly climbed upward.
After a week, Kaka could already climb to the middle of the tree! He saw the little eggs in a bird's nest. "Wow!" Kaka exclaimed in surprise.
"I did it!" Kaka said happily, wagging his tail. He was still a little scared, but not as much as before. Keep practicing, getting better every day!
On the tenth day, Kaka decided to challenge the treetop! He took a deep breath and started climbing. Step by step, steadily, slowly.
Success! Kaka reached the treetop! He saw the whole forest, the distant mountains, and the little river. "So beautiful!" Kaka cheered.
Kaka was no longer afraid of climbing trees! He understood: be brave and try, keep working hard, and you can do it! Mom clapped proudly for him.
