Story text
In the Glimmer Forest, Bunny's shadow suddenly disappears! It turns out that because Bunny was always imitating others, the shadow felt its 'personality was blurred' and hid away. The sprite Toot helps Bunny find its true self, and the shadow joyfully returns to its feet.

In the Glimmer Forest where all things have spirit, lived a round little sprite named Toot. He had a special talent: he could see the subtle, rainbow-like 'magic cracks' on objects and mend them with creativity and care. One morning, Toot was washing his face with dew by the stream when he suddenly heard a sound of anxious crying. He followed the sound and saw his good friend Bunny looking at the ground, so worried that its ears were curled up. 'Wah... my shadow, my shadow is gone!' Bunny pointed at its own feet—there were only the long shadows of grass blades stretched by the morning sun, but its own familiar, dark little companion was nowhere to be seen.

Toot quickly ran over, his round body bouncing like a little mushroom. 'Don't worry, don't worry, let me see.' He crouched down and carefully examined the ground around Bunny. Then, he blinked his big, black-grape-like eyes and activated his 'magic vision'. Sure enough, he saw it! On the moss where Bunny had been standing, there were a few very faint, silvery-gray 'cracks' left behind, as if some connection had been gently torn. 'These are 'presence cracks',' Toot said thoughtfully. 'Your shadow wasn't stolen; it's more like... it quietly left on its own.' Upon hearing this, Bunny's tears fell even harder: 'Why doesn't it want me anymore?'

'A shadow doesn't leave its owner for no reason,' Toot comforted, patting Bunny's back. 'Let's think back together. What happened before the shadow disappeared?' Bunny sniffled and recalled: 'Yesterday... yesterday I was playing with Fawn. It jumped so high, and its shadow jumped so coolly too. So I tried to jump like it, but my shadow wriggled around, seeming unhappy. Later, I heard Oriole sing beautifully, and its shadow swayed with the song, so I tried to sing like Oriole, opening my mouth wide going 'ah-ah,' but my shadow suddenly shrank into a tiny ball...' Bunny's voice grew softer. 'Did my shadow get angry because I didn't imitate well?'

Toot's eyes lit up. 'I think I understand! A shadow is your closest companion; it reflects the most authentic you. If you're always busy imitating others, trying hard to be like them, your shadow might feel... hmm... 'it can't find itself,' or 'it doesn't know what it should be.' We can call this feeling 'personality blurring.'' Bunny blinked in confusion. 'Personality blurring? But everyone is so amazing; I just want to be better.' Toot shook his head. 'Being better doesn't mean becoming someone else. Look, Fawn is good at jumping, Oriole is good at singing, and you, Bunny, must have things that only you are good at and enjoy.'
